1. Shipping Policy

At Natural Herbal Kings, we are committed to delivering our natural herbal solutions to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your products under the following conditions:

Return Window: 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Condition of Items: Due to the nature of our products (health supplements), returns can only be accepted if the items are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for products where the safety seal has been broken.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
